Every expanded facility has to clear a TCEQ TPDES discharge permit, and every one of those permits carries an effluent phosphorus limit. Now expanding the South Regional facility from 162,500 to 822,500 GPD — a 406% capacity increase — backed by $53M in TWDB funding.
